How to Fix Problem - 3rd Party Partition Tool Corrupted Hard Drive??

3rd Party Partition Tool Corrupted Hard Drive?

I used a 3rd party program to partition my Hard Drive because windows built in one was saying I only had 400mb of movable space.
Upon reboot, it seems that my drivers are corrupted.
There is no sound, I can't r un anything as an administrator, most exe's
will not open, most of my programs do not work and provide errors when starting up.
I've searched the errors and tried to find a solution, but nothing works.
I can't use the administrator CMD, that doesn't work either.
I tried reinstalling using a Windows
XP disc, however when it goes to boot from disc it says No Bootable Device available, Sata 0: Installed and Sata 1: Installed.
Please help me, I've reinstalled all my drivers from a backup in Safe Mode and that doesn't work either.
I'm at a loss right now.

Hi,
Run chkdsk from Windows Recovery Environment.
Follow the steps from this link to boot into Windows Recovery Environment and open the command prompt:
http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows7/What-are-the-system-recovery-options-in-Windows-7

a) Click on command prompt.

b) In the command prompt window, Type in the commands listed below i.e.
(/f, /r, /i, /c).

In the command prompt, type chkdsk volume: Option (volume should be replaced by drive letter and option should be replaced by the commands provided below) and press Enter.

Type One of these Commands to Run Chkdsk:

i.
/f = The /f switch is the most common of the chkdsk switches.
It tells chkdsk to try and fix any errors it finds.

ii.
/r = The /r switch tells chkdsk to attempt to recover any bad sectors of the hard drive if any are found.
A bad sector is a spot on the hard drive that cannot hold saved data anymore.
(See screenshot below)

iii.
/i = The /i switch tells chkdsk to perform a less detailed but faster disk check.

iv.
/c = The /c switch tells chkdsk to skip the checking of cycles within a folder structure which reduces the scan time.
Note: During the restart process, Windows checks the disk for errors, and then Windows starts.
You may loss data in bad sectors while windows trying to recover the same.
