Original Title - Internet Explorer 32 bit
New computer - 32 bit internet explorer quit working, so any program requiring ADOBE FLASH will not work since not complatable with 64 bit.  When it runs the "diagnose problem" if finds nothing.  When I look at the default I think it is the 32 bit....  I
feel it is some easy fix but I can't figure it...

What happens when you try connecting to internet using 32-bit browser? Do you get any error messages?

What do you mean by “when I look at the default I think it is 32bit”?
I would suggest you to try updating the flash installed on your computer for the 64-bit browser.You may refer to the below provided adobe links for assistance on the issue -

To access 32-bit internet explorer browser you may use the below steps -
Open Computer from the Start menu.
Go to the following location to use the 32-bit internet explorer and launch the program then check:
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe"
