16 Jun 2011.  Free msn money portfolio manager does not down load position changes, ect and has not for 4 or 5 days.  what's up?

If the problem's not on their end (server issue) I would try these steps:
1.
From Internet Options> General > Browsing History> Delete (next screen) uncheck Preserve Favorites website data then check and delete History, Temporary Internet Files and Cookies.
2.
(Step 1 plus will delete passwords and reset settings.)
    With the warning that a reset will delete AutoComplete data, such as passwords and you will have to reinstall or re-enable browser add-ons, use the Reset IE Settings button in Internet Options> Advanced.

Useful for recovering stored passwords before you clear all stored login data:

Boot in Safe Mode:

• Open Run command as previously described
• Type MSConfig
• Click on Boot tab
• Tick Safe boot in Boot option
• Select Network
• Click Apply and OK
• Reboot your system

Your system will boot in Safe mode with Networking. You may now try and open Windows Store and should not see any errors.
