When I install Quicken on Windows - I encounter this error

1.     Have you made any changes to your computer prior to this issue?
2.     Is this an issue installing a particular program?
I would suggest you to install in a clean boot state and then check.

In this method we will try to Boot in Safe mode with Networking and see if the error still persists.

• Search "MSCONFIG" and Open.
• Click on Boot Tab
• Tick Safe Boot in Boot Option
• Select Network.
• Click Apply and OK.
• Reboot your System.
